Because Attorney Rose is committed to educating fellow parents regarding their rights, our office offers a free in depth review that includes a face to face meeting with Ann and a comprehensive review of the educational record. This meeting is typically between 1 to 3 hours long, depending on the age of the child and the complexity of the legal issues. You will leave with your questions answered and options on how to proceed.
What to expect when contacting the office:
Upon receipt of your phone call, voice mail or email, Attorney Rose will personally contact you within 24 hours. At that time you will discuss some general information regarding the case including the age and grade of your child, where in the state you reside, and a general overview of the issues. A face to face consultation will then be scheduled. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
What to bring to your consultation:
You will be emailed a very brief intake form. Please fill it out and bring it with you to the meeting. Also, bring any IEPs, evaluations, progress reports, work samples or other educational data with you to the meeting. In this case, more is better. Also, it is suggested that you write a quick list of questions and concerns so we can ensure we cover every concern that you have.
If you need to reschedule, please contact the office as soon as possible.
